摘  要:为实现企业降本增效,节能减排的目的,利用锅炉产生尾气实现对货油舱的正压保护功能,可减少惰气系统柴油消耗和温室气体排放。其中需要连接锅炉排烟系统至惰气系统管路,改造锅炉控制系统,加入尾气氧气含量控制变量,调节热介质锅炉混燃比,对惰气系统风机进行适应性改造,使其能够调速以适应不同负荷下的锅炉尾气量,保证系统的运行的稳定性;增加相应的监控和保护装置,并使其与ESD系统连锁,保证系统运行的安全性。依据经验,每外输1 m3原油,可节省柴油消耗0.000 2 m3,减少CO2排放0.000 6 t,对于年产千万吨的大型油田,每年可节省柴油费用1.6亿,温室气体排放6×104t。In order to reduce costs, increase efficiency, save energy and reduce emissions, the use of boiler exhaust gas to achieve positive pressure protection of cargo tank can reduce inert gas system diesel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. It is necessary to connect the exhaust smoke system to the inert gas system,reform the boiler control system, add the control variable of the oxygen content of the exhaust gas, adjust the mixing ratio of the heat medium boiler, and make the fan of the inert gas system adapt to the variable speed of the exhaust gas of the boiler under different loads, so as to ensure the stability of the operation of the system.Adding the corresponding monitoring and protection devices and interlocking them with the ESD system to ensure the safety of the system operation. According to experience, each side of crude oil transported can save0.000 2 side of diesel oil consumption, reduce CO2 emissions by 0.000 6 tons, for large oil fields with annual output of 10 million tons, save 160 million yuan of diesel oil costs and 60, 000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions annually.
