摘　　要：现阶段,我国社会经济快速发展,大部分企业逐渐呈现人才饱和状态,大学生毕业后很难寻找到理想的工作。因此,我国政府提倡大学生自主创业,能够有效避免大学生参与激烈的就业竞争,增强我国的市场竞争力。大部分高校积极响应国家号召,对大学生实施创业能力教育,使其能够充分认识到现阶段我国企业发展状况,积极增强自身的创业意识。但大部分大学生创业能力成熟度受到外界以及自身心理因素的影响,从而难以提升创业能力,不利于其未来发展。At the current stage, China＇s social economy continues to develop rapidly. Most enterprises in China are gradually entering a state of talent saturation. It is difficult for college students to find an ideal job after graduation. Therefore, the Chinese government advocates college students start their own businesses, which can effectively prevent college students from participating in fierce job competition and enhance China＇s market competitiveness. Most colleges and universities respond positively to the national call to educate college students entrepreneurial ability so that they can fully understand the current state of corporate development in China and actively promote their entrepreneurial awareness. However, the maturity of most college students entrepreneurial ability is influenced by the outside world and their own psychological factors, which makes it difficult to enhance their entrepreneurial ability and is not conducive to their future development.
