高校青年教师体育生活方式现状与影响因素分析

摘　　要：从某市众多高等院校中,随机选出500名青年教师作为主要的研究对象,对他们当前的体育生活现状展开全面的调查,分别从体育态度、体育消费、体育锻炼场所、体育锻炼项目四方面,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数据统计法进行了调查。并根据调查结果总结性地归纳影响高校青年教师体育生活方式的主观因素与客观因素,进而针对具体问题,提出了相关的有效建议。This article randomly selects 500 young teachers from a large number of colleges and universities in a city as the main research subjects and conducts a comprehensive survey on their current sports life conditions, four aspects of sports attitude, sports consumption and physical exercise venues and physical exercise programs were investigated through literature, questionnaires, interviews, and statistical methods. Based on the survey results, this study summarizes the subjective and objective factors affecting the sports lifestyle of young teachers in colleges and universities, and then proposes relevant effective suggestions for specific issues.
