摘　　要：结合印尼某电厂的FCB试验经验,阐述和分析了机组实现FCB工况的难点、要点及实用性,成功实现机组FCB功能并提高了电网和电厂长期的安全运行可靠性。In this paper, combined with FCB（fast cut back） test experience of a power plant in Indonesia, the difficulty and key points and practicality of the unit in achieving FCB working conditions were described and analyzed. The realized FCB function of the unit can improve the long-term safe operation of both the power grid and the power plant.
