摘　　要：以年产30万吨大型饲料级磷酸生产装置DCS系统项目为背景,根据湿法磷酸的生产控制特点和具体要求,以系统的可靠性、操作性、实用性和安全性为原则,设计了一套基于Freelance 800F的过程控制系统,给出了系统硬件结构、软件构成及其实现方法。Through taking DCS for a 300kt/a feed grade phosphate plant as the background and considering the characteristics and requirements of wet phosphoric acid production control as well as basing on the principle of reliability, operability, practicability and safety of the system, a Freelance 800F-based DCS control system was designed and its hardware and software configuration and implementation were presented.
