摘　　要：本文从应用型人才培养的研究背景入手,首先明确了研究对象及研究定位,然后,分别从人才培养的含义、类型,从生源、培养层次、培养过程等多角度对现有的人才培养模式进行了反思。文中确立了应用型人才培养模式的主体架构,明确了建立的主体。确定了多方合作、共同确定;技能与能力的统一;共性需求为主,个性需求为辅;多角度、多层次整合;以及实现方式、实现手段多样化的建立原则。确立了明确专业定位、创新课程体系、确立专业集群、完善保障机制和措施的建立过程,并对保障机制和措施进行具体探讨。The research background of this paper from the cultivation of applied talents of the first clear the research object and research orientation, then, respectively from the personnel training meaning, types, from the source, from the levels of training, training of multi angle process on the existing personnel training mode of refection. In this paper, the main body of the training model of applied talents is established, and the main body of the model is established. We have determined the cooperation and co determination among different parties, the unifcation of skills and capabilities, the common demand and the individual needs as the supplement, the multi angle and multi-level integration, and the establishment principles of realizing ways and means of diversifcation. The establishment process of establishing professional positioning, innovating curriculum system, establishing professional clusters, perfecting guarantee mechanism and measures is established, and the safeguard mechanism and measures are discussed concretely.
