摘　　要：目的探讨MRI在诊断宫颈癌宫旁浸润中的价值。方法对比分析漯河医专第二附属医院2011-03-16～2015-11-20以宫颈癌首次就诊的69例手术患者的临床资料、影像资料和病理资料。结果对宫颈癌宫旁浸润的诊断MRI的敏感度为86%,特异度为92%,准确度为91%,Youden指数为78%。盆腔三合诊的敏感度为11%,特异度为100%,准确度为88%,Youden指数为11%。术中探查的敏感度为88%,特异度为95%,准确度为94%,Youden指数为83%。结论在诊断宫颈癌宫旁浸润中,MRI是一种无创性检查方法,具有独特优势,值得临床上广泛应用。Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in diagnosis of cervical caicinoma parametrial infiltration. Methods 69 cervical carcinoma patients who went to see the doctors at the first time in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from March 16 2011 to November 20 2015 were collected as the research objects and their clinical, imaging and pathological data were analyzed. Results The sensitivity of MRI in diagnosis of parametrial infiltration of cervical cancer was 86%, the specificity was 92%, the accuracy was 91%, Youden index was 78%. For the pelvic triad, the sensitivity was 11%, specificity was 100%, accuracy was 88%, Youden index was 11%. For the surgical specimens, the sensitivity was 88%, specificity was 95%, accuracy was 94%, Youden index was 83%. Conclusion MRI is the noninvasive method and has some unique advantages in diagnosis of cervical caicinoma parametrial infiltration.
