摘  要:动脉粥样硬化性心血管事件与慢性肾功能不全紧密相关,肾小球滤过率(e GFR)是冠脉狭窄程度的独立预测因子,但肾功能水平下降本身是否是动脉粥样硬化的危险因素仍存争议。该文将从冠脉病变与肾功能不全相关性的临床研究证据,冠心病合并慢性肾功能不全者临床预后的相关性,动脉粥样硬化与肾功能不全的可能病理生理学机制等三个方面对冠脉病变严重程度与肾功能水平相关性的研究进展进行综述。It is known that there is a close relationship between chronic kidney dysfunction and atherosclerosis cardiovascular diseases. Estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) is considered as an independent predictor of coronary stenosis severity, however, whether the decrease of renal function is the risk factor of atherosclerosis remains controversial.In this paper, we aim to review the correlation between the severity of coronary artery stenosis and eGFR as following: First, the clinical evidences of chronic kidney dysfunction and the coronary artery leisions are presented. Second, the prognoses of coronary heart disease(CHD) in the patients with chronic kidney dysfunction are revealed. Third, the potential pathophysiology mechanisms of atherosclerosis and kidney dysfunction are discussed.
