摘  要:为给鄂尔多斯-北岳-保定-海河1 000 kV特高压交流通道提供配套电源,解决神头二电厂500 kV母线短路电流超标问题,需要实施500 kV北部电网完善工程。该工程停电过渡改接方案复杂,将造成山西电网500 kV北电南送和西电东送通道分别同停。通过潮流、稳定计算及局部电力平衡、新能源消纳等分析,全面评估该过渡方式对山西主网运行造成的影响,其分析结论对工程实施过程具有指导意义。In order to provide supporting power for the Erdos-Beiyue-Baoding-Haihe 1 000 kV UHV AC channel, to solve the problem ofexcessive short-circuit current of the 500 kV busbar of No.2 Shentou Power Plant, it is necessary to implement the 500 kV project to improve theNorthern Power Grid in Shanxi. The project's power outage transition and reconnection plan is complex, which will cause outage in 500 kV north-to-south and west-to-east power transmission channels in Shanxi Power Grid. Based on the analysis of power flow, stability calculation, local powerbalance and new energy accommodation, the impact of this transition mode on the operation of Shanxi power grid are analyzed comprehensively, whichcan guide the project implementation process.
