摘　　要：本文围绕《果蔬保鲜贮运技术》教学改革的理念及思路、课程的属性及功能、课程目标设定、主要教学内容、教学手法、考核方法 6个方面展开讨论,对《果蔬保鲜贮运技术》的教学改革路径进行了探索和思考。This paper discussed the teaching reform of “Fruit and Vegetable Fresh Storage and Transportation Technology” from six aspects： the concept and ideas, the attributes and functions of the course, the setting of the course objectives, the main teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment methods, and explored and pondered on the teaching reform path of “Fruit and Vegetable Fresh Storage and Transportation Technology”.
