摘  要:利用高、低空观测资料、地面加密观测资料、NCEP1°×1°再分析资料,对2016年7月20—21日内蒙古东南部区域性暴雨过程进行诊断分析。针对这次过程中低涡发展演变及热动力形成机制分析表明:(1)前期副热带高压稳定,形成明显的阻挡形势,同时中高纬长波脊与副热带高压脊同相叠加,形成阻塞形势并维持,从东北至河套为深厚的低槽或切变线,低空急流不断把南方的暖湿空气向内蒙古东南部输送,这是造成此次赤峰、通辽地区区域性暴雨的主要环流形势;(2)850hPa低涡及地面气旋东移北上过程中,850hPa低涡中心强度、地面气旋强度逐渐加强;(3)异常深厚的急流将充沛的水汽从南海、东海、黄海、渤海向京津冀地区输送,然后在赤峰、通辽地区产生了异常强烈的水汽通量辐合;(4)偏东风与赤峰、通辽地区的强降水关系密切,这种偏东风若和地形有利配合,则有利于抬升辐合使降水增强。Using high and low altitude observations data, ground encrypted observations data, and NCEP (1°×1°) reanalysis data, we had diagnose and analyze the process of regional heavy rain in southeastern Inner Mongolia, July 20-21, 2016. Aiming at the de-velopment of low vortex and the formation mechanism of thermodynamics in this process, the researches show as follows. (1) The subtropical high pressure is stable in the early stage, and a signifcant blocking situation is formed. At the same time, the mid-high latitude long wave ridge and the subtropical high pressure ridge are superimposed in the same phase to form a blocking situation and maintain. From the northeast to the Hetao aera is a deep low trough or shear line. The low level jet continuously transport the warm and humid air to the southeastern Inner Mongolia from the south. This is the main circulation situation causing regional heavy rains in the Chifeng and Tongliao areas. (2) The intensity of the low vortex center and the surface cyclone of the 850hPa are gradually strengthened during the eastward movement of the low vortex and the surface cyclone. (3)The unusually deep jet transports abundant water vapor to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the South China Sea, the East China Sea, the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea. And then Chifeng and Tongliao areas have an unusually strong water vapor fux convergence. (4) The easterly wind is closely related to the strong precipitation in Chifeng and Tongliao areas. If the easterly wind is favorable cooperate with the topography, it will facil-itate the uplift and convergence to enhance the precipitation.
