摘　　要：2017年8月13日呼和浩特市清水河县发生重大雷击事件,造成2人死亡。文章利用该日的地面气象资料、闪电定位资料,分析了当日雷击时段的地闪分布特征;并根据雷击现场剩磁检验等调查资料分析了雷电灾害事故的具体原因,提出了具体雷电防护措施建议,这对于内蒙古地区农村牧区加强雷电监测预警与雷电防护措施具有重要意义。On August 13, 2017, a major lightning strike occurred in Qingshuihe County, Hohhot, 2 people were died by lightning strike. In this paper, the distribution characteristics of the cloud-to-ground lightning during lightning strike period were analyzed by using the ground meteorological data and lightning location data. According to the investigation data of the feld residual magnetism of lightning strike, the specifc causes of the lighting accident were analyzed, and the suggestions for specifc lightning protection measures were put forward. This is signifcance for strengthening lightning monitoring warning and lightning protection measures for rural pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia.
