全面质量管理体系在护理管理中的实践与成效

摘　　要：目的探索全面质量管理体系的构建及实施在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法构建全面质量管理体系,通过准备、实施和持续质量改进3个阶段,责任护士参与质量督导、质量汇报、质量改进,通过评估护理质量、住院患者满意度及护士满意度检验效果。结果对64个护理单元进行三级质量督导,实施后护理质量得分较实施前提高;住院患者满意度、护士工作满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论全面质量管理体系建立,能有效提高护理质量和护士、患者的满意度,从而提升医院护理管理水平。Objective To explore the construction and implement of the total quality management system in nursing quality management and evaluate its application effect. Methods A total quality management system was established through preparation,implementation and continuous quality improvement,with primary nurse participating quality supervision,reporting and improvement,so as to analyze the effects of nursing quality management,as well as inpatient and nurse satisfaction. Results After the performing of tertiary quality supervision among 64 nursing units,the nursing quality score was improved.Meanwhile,the satisfaction of inpatients and nurses also increased（ P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Total quality management can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and the satisfaction of both nurses and patients,which is beneficial for the improvement of hospital nursing management.
