摘 要:"服务学习"是将社会服务和课堂授课结合起来的一种整合教育模式,该模式组织学生参与到精心设计的社会服务行动中,一方面推动学生获取知识,提高能力;另一方面也培育了学生的公民责任感及团队协作精神。此文从概念要素、理论基础、模式分类和实施程序四个方面对"服务学习"理念进行梳理,并以此为基础,探讨其在中国民族社会工作专业教育中的应用。作为一种融合社会价值与社会责任、专业理论与方法以及社会服务的应用性专业,社会工作专业与"服务学习"理念具有高度契合性,而这种契合性集中体现于社会工作实践与研究的范式——行动研究之中。社会工作、服务学习和行动研究整合于"行动"这一共有的核心要素,为民族社会工作专业教育的发展提供了可借鉴的基础,服务学习与行动研究应当成为民族社会工作专业教育改革的反思逻辑与实践路径。Servicing learning is an integrated education mode to combine social service with classroom teaching. It organizes students to take part in well-designed social service actions to help them acquire knowledge and improve ability, as well as cultivate their sense of citizen responsibility and team work spirit. This paper analyzes the concept of service learning from four aspects of conceptual elements, theoretical basis, mode classification and procedure. It also discusses its application in the education of Chinese ethnic social work. Finally it concludes that as an application-oriented specialty, social work specialty integrates social value with social responsibility, combines theory and methods with social service, and is highly consistent with the concept of social service. This consistency is embodied in action research which is the paradigm of social work practice and research. Social work, service learning and action research are integrated into the core element of "action", providing references for the development of the specialty of ethnic social work. Therefore, service learning and action research should be regarded as reflective logic and practical path for the reform of the specialty.
