对甲氧基苯甲醛Schiff碱仲胺及配合物的合成与抗菌活性

摘　　要：以2,6-吡啶二甲酸、乙二胺、对甲氧基苯甲醛等为原料,合成了多齿Schiff碱仲胺配体N,N′-双（2-羟基苯甲醛仲胺基乙基）-2,6-吡啶二甲酰胺（L）,进一步将L与Ni^2＋,Mn^2＋,Co^2＋,Cu^2＋和Zn^2＋等过渡金属配位,合成了5个过渡金属配合物（A-Ni,B-Mn,C-Co,D-Cu和E-Zn）.通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱及核磁共振等测试手段对配体及配合物进行了表征和结构推测,并采取微量稀释法考察了它们对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性.结果表明：L对3种菌的抑菌活性较好,IC50值分别为30.27,21.31,26.79μmol/L;D-Cu在几种配合物中抑菌活性最好,其对3种菌的IC50值分别为30.87,22.68,28.16μmol/L.The linear multidentate Schiff base amine ligand[N,N-bis（2-dihydroxyphenyl p-methoxy phenyl-amidoethyl）-2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic diamide（L）] was synthesized form 2,6-pyridine carboxylic acidet-Hy, lenediamine, and p-methoxybenzaldehyde. L further coordinates with Ni^2＋, Mn^2＋, Co^2＋, Cu^2＋ and Zn^2＋ to synthesis five transition metal complexes（A-Ni, B-Mn, C-Co, D-Cu, E-Zn）. These ligand and complexes are characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis and 1H NMR. And also the rational structures of them are speculated. The inhibitory activities of compounds on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis were studied by micro-dilution. The results indicated that L shows good inhibitory effect on above-mentioned bacteria. The IC50 value of L was 30.27,21.31,26.79 μmol/L, respectively. And The bacteriostasis activity of D-Cu is the best one among these five complexes, and the IC50 values of D-Cu to three bacteria were 30.87, 22.68, 28.16 umol/L, respectively.
