摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的形成反映了中国社会改革开放四十年来发展的基本特性,体现了中国社会时空变迁、结构转型与政党使命的历史影响要素。这一思想体系在核心观点上明确了新时代中国社会发展道路选择的合法性与制度设计的合理性,在基本方略上指出了中国社会现代化建设布局的方向性与政策设置的系统性,不仅鲜明地体现出新时代中国特色社会主义制度形成的基本主题,同时也深刻指明了中国特色社会主义事业推进的基本路径。Xi Jinping＇s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, reflect the basic characteristic of Chinese social reform and opening up for 40 years development, embodies the Chinese social change of time and space, structure, main factors affecting transformation and the history of the party＇s mission. On the core viewpoint, this ideological system definite the legitimacy of the choice of social development path and the rationality of system design in the new era. On the basic strategy, this ideological system points out the directionality of China＇s social modernization construction layout and the systematicness of policy setting, which not only clearly embodies the basic theme of the formation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era, but also profoundly points out the basic path of advancing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
