摘　　要：纪律检查制度是中国共产党进行党内监督的重要制度,而领导体制又是整个纪律检查制度的核心。党的纪律检查领导体制在革命、建设和改革的不同历史时期不断演变,经历了从平行领导体制到单一领导体制,再到双重领导体制的发展历程。呈现出党的纪律检查领导体制演变与党的中心任务变化紧密相关,"加强党的领导"与"加强党内监督"始终是党的纪律检查领导体制建设的主题,党的纪律检查机关在党内的地位逐步提升等特征。回顾党的纪律检查领导体制演变得出的重要启示是:新一轮党的纪律检查领导体制改革应着重处理好党委领导与纪委监督,同级党委横向领导与上级纪委垂直领导,纪委作为监督者与被监督者的关系。The discipline inspection system is an important system for the CPC to carry out inner- party supervision, and the leadership system is the core of the whole discipline inspection system. The party＇s discipline inspection leadership system has evolved continuously in different historical periods of revolution, construction and reform, and has undergone a process of development from a parallel leadership system to a single leadership system, and then to a dual leadership system. It presents the following characteristics： The evolution of the party＇s discipline inspection leadership system is closely related to the change of the party＇s central task; ＂strengthening the party＇s leadership＂ and ＂strengthening the party＇s supervision＂ are always the themes of the Party＇s discipline inspection leadership system construction; the status of the party＇s discipline inspection organs within the party has been gradually upgraded. Reviewing the evolution of the party＇s discipline inspection leadership system, the important enlightenment is that the new round of party discipline inspection leadership system reform should focus on handling the leadership of the party committee leadership and discipline inspection committee supervision, the horizontal leadership of the party committee at the same level and the vertical leadership of the discipline inspection committee at the higher level, and the discipline inspection commission as a supervisor and the supervised person.
