摘 要:采用厌氧膜生物反应器(AnMBR)与恒水位SBR(CWSBR)组合工艺处理水产加工废水,装置连续运行140 d,An MBR系统对水产加工废水中COD的总去除率平均为91%,其中生物作用对COD的平均去除率为84%,膜对COD的平均去除率为42%,出水COD维持在140~180mg/L。CWSBR系统对AnMBR系统的出水具有良好的有机物去除能力和脱氮能力,经CWSBR处理后的出水COD稳定在30 mg/L左右,在低C/N值条件下,出水TN仍能维持在10~20 mg/L。当An MBR系统膜恒定通量为10 L/(m^2·h)时,20~30 d进行一次膜清洗即可。The application of a technology that combined anaerobic membrane bioreactor (An- MBR) and constant waterlevel sequencing batch reactor (CWSBR) in the treatment of fishing industry wastewater was analyzed. After 140 d continuous experiment, the average removal rate of COD from the AnMBR system was 91% , in which the microbial removal of COD was 84%. The membrane showed 42% interception efficiency on COD, and the effluent COD remained between 140 mg/L to 180 mg/L. The CWSBR system demonstrated great efficiency in the removal of organics and nitrogen from the An- MBR effluent. The effluent COD remained stably at 30 mg/L. Under low C/N ratio conditions, the effluent TN was maintained between 10 mg/L to 20 mg/L. When the AnMBR system had a constant mem- brane flux of l0 L/( m^2· h) , the membrane cleaning was performed in 20 d to 30 d.
