摘　　要：静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是一种临床上常见的血管性疾病，亦为围术期常见并发症，由深静脉血栓形成（DVT）和肺栓塞共同组成。其中，若对DVT未经及时、有效的治疗，可进展为肺栓塞。VTE是临床上常见的导致患者病死的原因之一，因此临床必须重视对该病的正确及规范治疗。目前，临床上治疗VTE的方案主要为抗凝治疗，其中直接口服抗凝药，尤其是新型口服抗凝药，如利伐沙班、达比加群酯等，发挥着重要的作用。因此，笔者拟就口服抗凝药物分类、用法、用量、抗凝原理，以及患者预后等，对口服抗凝药治疗VTE的现状及研究进展进行综述。Venous thromboembolism （VTE） is a common clinical vascular diseases. It is also one of the common complications during the perioperative period. VTE includes deep venous thrombosis （DVT） and pulmonary embolism. DVT could develop to pulmonary embolism unless received effective treatment in time. VTE is a common clinical reason that causing death of patients with VTE. Therefore, much attention should be paid to correct and standardize treatments of VTE. At present, the dominating clinical treatment of VTE is anticoagulant therapy. Direct oral anticoagulants, especially novel oral anticoagulants, such as rivaroxaban and dabigatran etexilate etc., play an important role in treatment of VTE. In this article, recent research progresses of oral anticoagulant therapy for VTE are summarized in terms of drug classification, dosage, treatment stratagies, anticoagulant principle and prognosis.
