摘　　要：社会核算矩阵是目前国民经济核算最常用的工具之一。由于其全面地刻画了一个国家（或地区）的生产、活动、要素和其他经济部门之间的联系,能够反映经济运行全貌,因而往往被作为CGE模型的基础数据库。文章为分析潜在干旱损失对粮食安全的影响,构建了基于GAMS的中国农业一般均衡模型,描述了模型数据库的构建,即中国农业社会核算矩阵。对农业部门进行了细分,并详细介绍了各数据来源和处理方法。The social accounting matrix, one of the most commonly used tools for national economic accounting, is often uti- lized as the basic database of the CGE model because it comprehensively depicts the relationship between the production, activity, elements and other economic sectors of a country （or region）, and is able to reflect the whole economic operation. This paper con- structs a Chinese agriculture general equilibrium model based on GAMS for analyzing the effect of potential drought loss of food security, and then describes the construction of the database, i.e. Chinese agricultural social accounting matrix. Finally the paper subdivides the agricultural sector and introduces the data sources and processing methods in great detail.
