基于熵权TOPSIS模型的乡村土地利用转型评价研究——以重庆市渝北区为例

摘　　要：了解乡村土地利用转型现状对落实"乡村振兴"战略有重要意义.采用熵权TOPSIS模型,从空间转型、功能转型2方面构建评价指标体系,对受城市扩张影响较大的兴隆镇乡村土地利用转型情况及其影响因素进行探索.结果显示:(1)熵权TOPSIS模型可充分反映原始数据,并获得乡村土地利用转型评价分值,适用于乡村土地利用转型评价研究;(2)兴隆镇各村土地利用空间转型水平差异较小,研究期内提升速度较快;土地利用功能转型情况与之相反;土地利用空间转型的速度快于功能转型的速度.(3)适度经营耕地面积、第二、三产业比重等因素在兴隆镇乡村土地转型中扮演着重要角色,加快农村土地有序流转、适度规模化经营农村土地对乡村土地利用转型发展具有重要意义.It is of great significance for the implementation of the strategy of ＂Rural Revitalization＂ to find out the present status of the level of rural land use transformation.In a study reported in this paper,the entropy-weight method and the improved TOPSIS model were adopted to construct an evaluation index system from the aspects of spatial transformation and function transformation,which was then used to investigate the rural land use transformation and its influencing factors of Xinglong town,which had been quite affected by urban sprawl.Analysis results showed that the Entropy-Weight TOPSIS model was suitable for evaluating rural land use transformation,for it could well reflect the original data and thus obtain the assessment scores;the differences in land use spatial transformation level among the villages in Xinlong town were small,which improved rapidly during the study period,while the opposite was true of function transformation,and spatial transformation proceeded faster than function transformation;such factors as moderate area of cultivated land and secondary/tertiary industry proportion,played an important role in rural land use transformation of Xinlong town.In conclusion,speeding up the orderly circulation of rural land and operating rural land in proper scale have a great significance for the transformation and development of rural land use.
