摘 要:针对医疗废水处理难、危害性大、常规污水处理系统占地面积大等不足,研究设计了地埋式一体化A/O工艺在医疗废水中的实际运用,并结合四川省资阳市某卫生院废水处理工程实例,分析COD、BOD_5、SS、NH_4^+-N等污染物在整个废水处理系统稳定运行中的去除效果。结果表明,所设计的地埋式一体化A/O工艺处理装置在稳定运行状态下能有效去除废水中的COD、BOD_5、SS、NH_4^+-N,去除率均高达87%以上,出水均能满足GB 18466-2005和GB18918-2002要求。该污水处理系统能有效解决小型医院医疗废水处理难的问题,具有占地面积小、处理成本低等优势,具有推广应用前景。In view of the difficulties in the treatment of medical wastewater, great harmfulness, and the large floor area of conventional sewage treatment system, the practical application of the buried integrated A/O process in medical wastewater was researched and designed. Combined with a wastewater treatment engineering project of a health-center in Ziyang City, Sichuan Province, the removal effect of COD, BODs, SS, ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants in the stable operation of the wastewater treatment system was analyzed. The results showed that the designed buried integrated A/O process treatment device could effectively remove COD, BODs, SS and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater under stable operating conditions, the removal rate was over 87%, and the effluent could meet GB 18466--2005 and GB 18918--2002. The sewage treatment system can effectively solve the problem of difficult treatment of medical wastewater in small hospitals, has the advantages of small floor space and low processing cost, which has an application prospect.
