摘  要:为对炼油污水生化处理装置进行达标升级,研究建立了1套处理量为120 m^3/d的A/O工艺中试装置,对装置的耐冲击负荷性能进行探讨。结果表明,相比传统活性污泥工艺,A/O工艺在长期持续性冲击负荷期间表现出更强的耐受性,COD和NH_4^+-N达标率分别为81.2%和100%,可使现行工艺设备改造后达到GB 31570-2015要求。当遇到超高含量污染物冲击负荷时,采用1种高效、廉价的生物强化方法,在72 h内出水NH_4^+-N的质量浓度由13 mg/L稳定降至2 mg/L以下,污泥容积指数由240 m L/g降至160 m L/g,从而使原本受到冲击的生物处理系统快速恢复正常。In order to upgrading the refinery wastewater treatment plant, a pilot scale plant of A/O process with influent volume of 120 m3/d was built, and the resistance to shock loading of the deive was discussed. The results indicated that during the persistent shock load, the A/O process exhibited a better resistance than the traditional process, in which the COD and NH4^+-N attainment rate was 81.2% and 100% respectively, the active process equipment could reach the requirement of GB 31570--2015 after upgrading. When encountering the ultra-high content pollutants loading shock, an efficient and inexpensive biological enhancement method had been utilized to make the biological treatment system quickly restored to normal. In 72 h, the mass concentration of NH4^+-N of effluent was decreased from 13 mg/L to below 2 mg/L, and the SVI was decreased from 240 mL/g to 160 mL/g.
