摘 要:针对某制药化工企业有机合成制药废水,COD高(21 g/L),硫酸盐、有机硫含量高(以SO_4^(2-)计的质量浓度分别为7.995、1.0 g/L),从而造成COD/ρ(SO_4^(2-))低于工程应用的最低线(COD/ρ(SO_4^(2-))≥3.3)的情况,采用催化铁内电解和厌氧耦合技术-好氧-深度复合工艺进行处理,介绍了相关的各个构建物单元及所选用的各种装置设备。1年实际运行结果表明,该系统运行良好,出水水质稳定,出水COD≤500 mg/L,NH_3-N、SO_4^(2-)的质量浓度分别≤25、≤600mg/L,盐的质量分数≤0.5%,色度≤70倍,达到CJ 343-2010的B等级要求;运行费用约11.8元/m^3(不含污泥处置费),且环境效益明显。Aimed at the organic synthesized pharmaceutical wastewater of a pharmaceutical chemical enterprise had high COD (21 g/L), high concentration of sulfate and organic S compound (7.995 g/L and 1.0 g/L, respectively), which caused the ratio of COD/p(SO4^2-) lower the application prerequisite of 3.3. The combined treatment process of catalyzed iron internal electrolysis, anaerobic coupling process, aerobic process and polishing process was used to treat the wastewater. The related construction and equipment were analyzed. The result after one year successive operation indicated that the system was operated well and the effluent quality was steadily, the COD, mass concentration of NH^3-N and SOO4^2-, mass fraction of salt and chromaticity was less than 500 mg/L, 500 mg/L, 600 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 70 respectively, which met the B class requirements of CJ 343 --2010. The operation cost was as low as 11.8 yuan/m3 (not including sludge disposal) and had obvious environmental benefits.
