摘 要:采用基于MBR的一体化污水处理装置处理山东某靶场的生活污水,处理规模为30 m3/d。装置以PLC为控制核心实现自动控制。稳定运行半年结果表明,产水pH为6~9,COD、BOD5和NH4+-N、SS的质量浓度平均分别为45.5 mg/L、6 mg/L和3.4、1.1 mg/L,去除率平均分别为87.6%、97%和87.2%、99.2%,达到DB 37/676-2007中的一级排放标准。运行成本为1.8元/m3。An integrated sewage treatment device based on MBR was used to treat the domestic sewage of a certain target range in Shandong province. the design treatment scale was 30 m^3/d, the automatic control of the device realized by PLC. The device has been stable operation for halfa year and the results showed that, the pH of effluent water was in range from 6 to 9, the mass concentration of COD, BODs, NH3-N and SS of effluent water was 45.5, 6, 3.4, 1.1 mg/L respectively, the average removal rate was 87.6%, 97%, 87.2% and 99.2% respectively, which met the first level discharge standard of the DB 37/676--2007. The operating cost was 1.8 yuan/m^3.
