摘 要:本文设计搭建了槽式太阳能集热系统性能测试平台,通过不同工况下的实验测试数据分析了影响槽式太阳能集热系统性能的主要因素;针对槽式集热器的瞬时效率、集热效率及换热器的热损失系数展开了实验测试与分析计算,讨论了工质流量变化对槽式集热系统性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:晴朗天气瞬时集热效率在0.35~0.65范围内变化,换热器热损失系数在1 W/(m^2·℃)以下,研究结果为槽式太阳能集热系统大规模应用提供一定参考价值。An experimental platform for evaluating the performance of parabolic trough solar collector system (PTSCS) was designed and manufactured in the paper, many experimental tests were carried out under different working conditions in order to analyze the main factors affecting the performance of the PTSCS. The thermal efficiency, the instantaneous efficiency of the parabolic trough collector and the heat loss coefficient of the heat exchanger were measured and calculated. Evolution of collection efficiency with fluid rat-e was dissected. The experimental results show that the instantaneous collection efficiency of sunny days c-an range from 0.35 to 0.65, the heat loss coefficient of heat exchanger is below 1 W/(m2 ·℃). The study results also provide certain reference value for the large-scale application of PTSCS.
