摘  要:在电-热综合能源系统中,利用电力、热力系统的互补特性可提高系统运行的灵活性,从而提升系统消纳可再生能源的能力。电力系统和热力系统通过热电联产、电制热等发生耦合,文中考虑了热力系统中供热管道传输时间延迟和热损失等热动态特性,以及用户供热需求的柔性,建立了考虑供热网储热特性的电-热综合能源系统优化调度模型。算例1以IEEE 39节点电网和26节点热网耦合系统为例进行分析,结果显示所提模型可以通过能量时间平移,优化匹配电-热综合能源系统的源、网、荷,促进可再生能源高比例消纳;算例2则以海宁市尖山新区为例,分析了含高渗透率可再生能源系统中以集中供热拓展能源终端消费的效果。The complementary characteristics of power system and thermal system can be used in the integrated electricity-heat energy system to enhance the system flexibility and improve renewable energy accommodation further.Since the power system and the thermal system are coupled by combined heat and power(CHP)units and power-to-heat equipment,the dynamic characteristics of transmission time delay and heat loss on the heating pipelines in the heat system and the user flexible demand for thermal energy are comprehensively taken into account.Then this paper develops an optimal dispatch model of integrated electricity-heat energy system considering heat storage characteristics of the heating network.The coupled system constructed by an IEEE 39-bus distribution network and a 26-bus heat system is taken as an example.Its results show that the proposed model can coordinate the source,grid and load in the integrated electricity-heat energy system and realize optimal matching of heat and power through time shift of energy,thus promote the high proportion accommodation of renewable energy.Based on the real data of Jianshan district in Haining,Zhejiang Province,China.the second example demonstrates the effectiveness of using centralized heating to enrich the terminal consumption in the power system with high proportion of renewable energy.
