摘 要:日益增长的风电规模及其随机波动性给电力系统运行带来了新的挑战。为避免电力系统运行中出现的短期电力电量不平衡事故,引入风电出力以及可中断负荷的响应不确定性模型,构建了以1 h为时间尺度的电网随机再调度模型,对日前24h调度计划进行修正。综合考虑计算精度与计算成本,提出了一种利用Clenshaw-Curtis选点规则构造稀疏节点集的随机配置点法。基于新英格兰39节点系统的仿真结果评估了可中断负荷在随机再调度过程中的作用,分析了激励水平对再调度结果的影响,验证了Clenshaw-Curtis稀疏节点法的有效性。Growing scale of wind power and its stochastic fluctuations bring new challenges on power system operation. In order to avoid occurrence of low-probability high-risk accidents in short-term operation of power system, an hourly stochastic re-scheduling model was established in this paper after proposing an uncertainty models of wind power and interruptible load response to revise day-ahead schedule(24 h). A sparse grid allocation method with Clenshaw-Curtis quadrature was also introduced with comprehensive consideration of calculation accuracy and calculation cost. Simulation results based on New England 39-bus system evaluated importance of interruptible load in stochastic re-scheduling process, analyzed influence of incentive level on rescheduling results and verified effectiveness of the sparse grid allocation method with Clenshaw-Curtis quadrature.
