摘　　要：论文根据"互联网+"环境下图书馆用户需求变化,指出了图书馆业务重组的发展方向,即服务平台标准化、业务处理数据化、线上线下化、融合智慧服务等,提出了"互联网+图书馆"的业务重组内容,从服务模式的再造、组织机构的重建、业务流程的重组及业务空间的优化方面分别阐述,以期推动图书馆事业的发展与变革。According to the changes of user demand in the ＂Internet ＋ Library＂ environment, this paper pointed out the development direction of library business re-engineering, including the standardization of service platform, the datamation of business processing, O2 O, integration of smart service, and proposed the contents of ＂Internet ＋ Library＂ business re-engineering from the aspects of re-engineering service model, reconstructing organizational structure,reorganizing business process and optimizing business space, so as to promote the development and reform of library business.
