摘 要:[目的]建立2,4-滴的快速检测方法,为食品安全快速筛查提供技术参考。[方法]采用便携式拉曼光谱仪,以纳米金溶胶作为增强基底,建立2,4-滴的快速检测表面增强拉曼光谱方法,并进行不确定度的分析评定。[结果]2,4-滴在830、992、1022、1201、1373、1444 cm^(-1)等处显示稳定的拉曼信号,其中特征峰峰强I_(992)/I_(1444)与质量浓度间具有较好的线性关系,线性范围为2.5~20 mg/L,R^2为0.9932。[结论]该方法具有较好的重现性、准确度和精密度,检测耗时短、设备操作简便,为食品安全监测的现场、实时、快速筛查提供技术参考。[Aims]The aim was to set up a method for rapid test of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D)in the food safety area.[Methods]Through applying a portable Raman spectrometer,the rapid detection of 2,4-D based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was established by using Au nanoparticle colloids as the enhanced substrate.The uncertainty of SERS was evaluated according to the JJF 1059-2012.[Results]The Raman signals of2,4-D were significantly enhanced by the SERS approach,and the characteristic peaks were stably showed up at 830,992,1022,1201,1373 and 1444 cm^-1.There was a good linear relationship between the relative peak intensities of I992/I1444 and the concentrations of 2,4-D.The linear range was 2.5-20 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient(R^2)reached 0.9932.[Conclusions]SERS analysis has good reproducibility,accuracy and precision for the rapid detection of 2,4-D.SERS is a promising technique for the real-time and rapid detection in the food safety area.
