摘 要:[目的]明确除草剂环酯草醚在温室条件下的杀草谱及作用特性。[方法]试验采用室内盆栽的方法,研究了环酯草醚杀草谱、对不同叶期杂草的活性、对不同叶期水稻的安全性和保水条件对除草活性的影响。[结果]在100 g a.i./hm2剂量下,环酯草醚对稗草和鳢肠的防效可达90%以上;对不同叶期的杂草活性不同,随着叶期的增大,活性降低;移栽水稻在较低剂量下,不同叶期的药害差别不明显,在较高剂量下,随着叶期的减小,药害增加;直播水稻不同叶期药害差别不明显;对直播水稻的药害总体稍高于对移栽水稻的药害。[结论]环酯草醚可以有效防除水稻田主要禾本科杂草稗草和鳢肠,2叶期之前施药活性较高,药后保水有利于药效的发挥。[Aims] This study aims to determine the weed control spectrum and bioactivity characteristics of pyriftalid.[Method] In greenhouse, the weed control spectrum, the control effect at different leaf stage, the safety on rice at different leaf stage and situation water retention after treatment were determined. [Results] The control effect of pyriftalid were over 90% on Echinochloa crus-galli and Eclipta prostrata at 100 g a.i./ha, there were bioactivity difference on weeds at different leaf stage, the herbicidal activity decreased as the leaf stage increased, at lower dose for transplanting rice, there was no significant difference between the different leaf stages, at higher concentration, with the decrease of leaf stage, the phytotoxicity increased. For direct seeding rice, there was no significant difference in phytotoxicity between the different leaf stages. Generally, the phytotoxicity to direct seeding rice was slightly higher than that to transplanted rice. [Conclusions] Pyriftalid can control effectively E. crus-galli and E. prostrata in rice field,application before 2 leaf stage of weeds and water retention were beneficial to perform control effect.
