摘  要:以蒽油为原料,采用氧化热聚合法合成蒽油基软沥青。考察了氧化热聚合阶段反应温度、反应时间、空气流量对合成软沥青性能的影响。实验结果表明:当反应温度为300℃、反应时间为7 h、空气流量为0.6 L/min时,可以获得软化点为45℃、结焦值为32.8%、QI含量为0.1%、TI含量为9.5%的蒽油基软沥青。通过FTIR对蒽油基软沥青的研究发现:蒽油基软沥青的邻位取代指数(Ior)、芳香性指数(Iar)、芳香度(fa)分别为0.37,0.52,0.42。TG/DTG分析表明,蒽油基软沥青具有良好的热稳定性。In this paper, anthracene oil based soft pitch was prepared by the oxidation thermal polymerization treatment with anthracene oil as the raw material. The influential factors of modification at the stage of air oxidation such as the reaction temperature, reaction time and the air flow were discussed in this paper. The resuhs show that the anthracene oil based soft pitch with the softening point of 45 ℃ has been successfully prepared at the reaction temperature of 300 ℃, the reaction time of 7 hours, and the air flow rate of 0.6 L/min. The pitch exhibits the coking value of 27%, the quinoline insoluble of 0.1%, and toluene insoluble of 9.5%. FTIR spectrum analysis shows that the ortho substitution (Ior), aromaticity index (Iv), and aromaticity(fa) of anthracene oil based soft pitch were 0.37, 0.52 and 0.42, respectively. TG/DTG analysis shows that the anthracene oil based soft pitch has a good thermo-stability.
