摘  要:研究了大型机床床身铸件的铸造工艺方法,比较了几种传统的工艺方案。大型床身铸件外部、内腔结构复杂,常规工艺方法操作困难,因此采用劈箱造型工艺。该工艺简化了模样结构,降低了造型高度,方便了操作,尤其是方便型芯的安放,从而能够保证铸件的质量。详细介绍了劈箱铸造工艺中最重要的阶梯式浇注系统的设计方法,还介绍了工装设计中模板、定位板及堵头板等主要装备的设计方法及定位方式。最后,分析了劈箱造型工艺方法应用中的一些问题并提出了一些建议。A casting process for heavy lathe bed was introduced. Three kings of conventional casting processes were analyzed. Because of its complicated contour and inner cavity, it is difficult to produce this kind of casting with the traditional processes. So, the lathe bed is cast with a special process of split box casting, in which the molding height is lowered, the pattern making is simplified, and the operation is facilitated, especially the cores making and installing. In order to deal with the complexity in designing the split box casting process, this paper introduces in detail the designing method of step gating system and the designing and positioning methods of some main tooling, including molding plate, positioning plate and blocking plate. Finally, some problems in the application of the split box casting process were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward.
