摘 要:以2009-2012年区域间专利许可表征区域创新网络,以专利许可为创新输出,被许可为创新输入,探讨输出和输入网络特征对区域创新绩效的影响。结合社会网络和回归分析法,从中间度、结构洞、聚类系数展开研究。结果表明:创新输出网络的中间度和结构洞对创新绩效有积极正向作用,聚类系数呈现负向影响,中间度与聚类系数正向调节结构洞和创新绩效的关系;创新输入网络中的中间度和结构洞对创新绩效是负向影响,聚类系数影响不显著,但中间度和结构洞的交叉项对创新绩效有正向调节作用,中间度与结构洞负向调节聚类系数和创新绩效的关系。基于以上结论,提出区域创新网络提升区域创新绩效的建议及对策。This paper analyzes the impact of innovation output and input network characteristics on regional innovation per- formance, based on the patent licensing data across provinces which expresses regional innovation network from 2009 to 2012, after taking the patent license as innovation output and taking license as innovation input. And then, it studies the re- lationships among the middle degree, structure holes and cluster coefficient, combined with social network and regression a- nalysis methods. Results show that, the middle degree and structure holes have positive effects in output network, clustering coefficient has a negative effect, and the middle degree and clustering coefficient have positive impact on the relationship of structure holes and innovation performance. The middle degree and structure holes of have negative impacts in input net- work, while clustering coefficient does not significantly affect, the interaction of middle degree and structure holes plays a positive regulatory role, and the middle degree and clustering coefficient as well as structure holes and clustering coefficient are negative regulation. Based on above conclusions, it forward suggestions to improve innovation performance based on re- gional innovation network.
