华南远志和远志HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立华南远志、远志HPLC指纹图谱,结合主成分分析筛选两者共有的化学成分群,并测定其共有特征成分3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖的含量。方法 PhenomenexLuna(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.5%醋酸铵溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长316 nm,柱温30℃。结果从华南远志和远志的指纹图谱中分别确定28、33个共有峰,经主成分分析得到二者主要共同成分有7个;华南远志和远志中3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖的含量分别为(1.63±1.15),(3.51±1.34) mg·g-1。结论该方法可为华南远志和远志的药效活性成分筛选提供参考。Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Polygala glomerata Lour.and Radix Polygalae,and to make a screening on their commom chemical components by principal component analysis（PCA）,and to determine the content of 3,6＇-erucanoyl sucrose.Methods HPLC analysis of 70% methanol extract of Polygala glomerata Lour.and Radix Polygalae was carried out by Phenomenex Luna column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） with mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.5% ammonium acetate solution system in gradient elution mode with a flow at 1.0 milliliters per minute,an ultraviolet detection wave length at 316 nm for fingerprint and column temperature at 30℃.Results Twenty eight and thirty-three common peaks were identified respectively in the fingerprint of Polygala glomerata Lour.and Radix Polygalae,seven common compositions were confirmed by PCA.The content of 3,6＇-erucanoyl sucrose content respectively was（1.6273±1.15）,（3.5109±1.34） mg·g^-1.Conclusion The method can provide reference for the screening of active ingredients of Polygala glomerata Lour.and Radix Polygalae.
