摘  要:目的观察加味附子理中汤对肿瘤的抑制作用,并预测其作用靶点。方法加味附子理中汤及其拆方灌胃21天后对Lewis(LLC)小鼠皮下移植瘤的抑制作用,继而通过TCMDatabase、Bio Systems、Uniprot等数据库,建立加味附子理中汤作用的基因网络,利用Cytoscape 3.4及其插件进行网络可视化分析和数据挖掘,预测分析其分子和生物学功能。结果加味附子理中汤及其拆方人参荜茇组对LLC小鼠具有抑制作用,其作用机制可能与调控TGF-β1/SMAD2/3、Wnt/β/β-catenin、Gli/Hedgehog信号通路有关,作用的肿瘤主要有卵巢癌、肺癌、肝癌、恶性胶质瘤等。结论加味附子理中汤可以抑制Lewis(LLC)小鼠肿瘤具有抑制作用;并多目标调节肿瘤及肿瘤微环境分子网络以实现其特定的治疗效果。Objective We observed the inhibitory effect of flavored aconite on tumor and to predict its target.Methods The inhibitory effect of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction and its sub-recipes on Lewis(LLC) mice subcutaneously transplanted tumor after 21 days of gavage was followed by establishing a gene network of flavored Fuzi Lizhong Deciction via databases such as TCM Database,Bio Systems and Uniprot,Use Cytoscape 3.4 and its plug-ins for network visualization and data mining to predict and analyze molecular and biological functions.Results Modified Fuzi Lizhong Decoction and its disassembled Panax ginseng group had inhibitory effect on LLC mice,which may be related to the regulation of TGF-β1/SMAD2/3,Wnt/β/β-catenin,Gli/Hedgehog signaling pathway Related,the role of the tumor mainly ovarian cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,glioblastoma and so on.Conclusion Fuzi Lizhong Decoction could inhibit Lewis(LLC) growth in mouse;and its multi-target regulate of tumor and the microenvironment molecular network achieving its specific therapeutic effect.
