摘 要:目的建立陈皮、枳壳和化橘红三种药材中黄酮苷类成分的薄层鉴别方法。方法用聚酰胺薄膜层析法对陈皮、枳壳和化橘红三种药材中橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和柚皮苷进行薄层鉴别。结果聚酰胺薄膜层析法可同时鉴别三种药材中的橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和柚皮苷。结论该方法简便、快捷、色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,通用性好,可用于陈皮、枳壳和化橘红三种药材中黄酮苷类化学成分的薄层鉴别,以期为完善陈皮、枳壳和化橘红的鉴别方法提供科学依据。Objective To establish a TLC identification method of flavone glycosides in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus Aurantii and Citri Grandis Exocarpium in three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine materials.Methods Polyamide film chromatography was used to identify the hesperidin,neohesperidin and naringin in three kinds of medicinal,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus Aurantii and Citri Grandis Exocarpium.Results Polyamide film chromatography can simultaneously identify the hesperidin,neohesperidin and naringin.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,the chromatographic spots were clear,strong specific and high universality.It can be used for the thin layer identification of flavonoid glycosides in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus Aurantii and Citri Grandis Exocarpium.It provides a scientific basis for perfecting the identification methods of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus Aurantii and Citri Grandis Exocarpium.
