疏壅通络方联合腹针治疗肥胖2型糖尿病(痰热互结证)临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药疏壅通络方联合腹针治疗肥胖2型糖尿病(痰热互结证)的临床疗效。方法将64例肥胖2型糖尿病患者(采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗血糖不达标者),随机分为中药组(疏壅通络方)和针药组(疏壅通络方+腹针)各32例。观察治疗前后各组血糖、血脂、体重、胰岛素抵抗的指标变化。结果针药组有效率93.75%,中药组有效率81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血糖、血脂、体重、胰岛素抵抗指数组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论疏壅通络方能够改善肥胖2型糖尿病患者(痰热互结证)临床症状,调节糖脂代谢紊乱,减轻体重,提高胰岛素敏感性,在此基础上联合腹针疗效更佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuyongtongluo Prescription combined with abdominal acupuncture for obese type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2 DM）.Methods 64 obese patients with type 2 diabetes,who received metformin but whose blood glucose level was not up to standard,were divided into the control group and the acupuncture-medicine group with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine Shuyongtongluo Prescription,and the acupuncture-medicine group was given abdominal acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The indexes of blood glucose,blood lipid,body weight and insulin resistance were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of acupuncture-medicine group was 93.75%,and that of the Chinese medicine group was 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,TCM syndrome integral,blood glucose,blood lipid,body weight and insulin resistance index were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） between two group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shuyongtongluo-Prescription can improve the symptoms of obese type 2 diabetic patients（phlegm-heat syndrome）,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,reduce body weight and improve insulin sensitivity,and combined with abdominal acupuncture is better.
