门氏消囊饮联合丹参酮胶囊治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察门氏消囊饮联合丹参酮胶囊治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例符合纳入病例标准的患者随机分为中药组和综合组,每组30例。中药组给予门氏消囊饮治疗,综合组给予门氏消囊饮联合丹参酮胶囊治疗,连续服药两个疗程(3个月为1个疗程)。通过观察两组治疗前后相关指标的变化,评估门氏消囊饮单独应用及与丹参酮胶囊联合应用的临床疗效。结果综合组总有效率、排卵率明显高于中药组(P<0.05);综合组妊娠率较中药组提高,但不具有统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。治疗后两组患者月经周期、经期、经量均较治疗前明显好转,临床症状评分、痤疮评分、体重指数(BMI)均明显降低,血清促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及LH/F SH水平均明显降低。治疗后综合组血清T、痤疮评分较中药组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论门氏消囊饮联合丹参酮胶囊治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著,可从总体上调节内分泌,改善多囊卵巢综合征患者月经不调及临床症状,较单独应用门氏消囊饮可明显降低血清T水平及痤疮评分,提高排卵率及妊娠率。Objective To observe clinical effect of Menshi Xiaonang Yin combined with Tanshinone Capsules in the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 cases with incorporating a standard patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive group,each of 30 cases.The traditional Chinese medicine group was given Menshi Xiaonang Yin and the comprehensive group was treated with Menshi Xiaonang Yin combined with Tanshinone Capsules for two period of treatment（one period of treatment was 3 months）.To assess clinical effect of Menshi Xiaonang Yin alone or combined with Tanshinone Capsules by observing the changes of relevant indexes before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate and ovulation rate of the comprehensive group were significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group（P〈0.05）.The pregnancy rate of the comprehensive group was higher than that in traditional Chinese medicine group,but it was not statistically significant（P﹥0.05）.After treatment,menstrual cycle,menstruation,and menstrual volume in two groups of patients were significantly improved than before treatment.Compared with before treatment,the patients of the two groups had lower the clinical symptom scores,acne score,body mass index（BMI） and lower serum luteinizing hormone（LH）,testosterone（T） and LH/FSH levels after treatment.After treatment,the comprehensive group had lower serum T level and acne score than the traditional Chinese medicine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Menshi Xiaonang Yin combined with Tanshinone Capsules has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome,which can regulate endocrine and improve irregular menstruation and clinical symptoms of PCOS patients.Menshi Xiaonang Yin combined with Tanshinone Capsules can more significantly reduce serum T level and acne score,increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate than Menshi Xiaon
