摘 要:应用高效液相色谱法和气相色谱-质谱法测定粗白油中的总芳烃,测定结果表明,液相色谱法分析粗白油的总芳烃结果始终高于质谱法。样品的加标回收试验也表明,粗白油液相色谱法分析的单环芳烃收率高于质谱法,而双环芳烃收率结果低于质谱法。通过5家实验室间的比对结果表明,在不同的实验室间,粗白油总芳烃的液相色谱法结果最大偏差为0.8%,质谱法的最大偏差为6.5%。在粗白油产品的总芳烃分析中,采用液相色谱法有较好的再现性,更有利于粗白油产品的生产调整和质量控制。Total aromatic hydrocarbon content in crude white oil was respectively determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The experimental results showed that the determined result of total aromatic hydrocarbon content by HPLC was higher than that by mass spectrometry. The standard recovery test of the sample also showed that, the yield monocyclic aromatics by HPLC was higher than that by mass spectrometry, but the yield of di-aromatic hydrocarbons was lower than that of mass spectrometry. The comparison results of the data from five laboratories showed that the maximum deviation of the results of the liquid chromatography in different laboratories was 0.8%, and the maximum deviation of mass spectrometry was 6.5%. In the analysis of the total aromatic hydrocarbon of crude white oil products, HPLC has a better reproducibility and is more conducive to the quality control of crude oil products.
