摘 要:以脱油沥青为原料,采用氢氧化钾活化法制备了比表面积高达3245m^2/g的活性炭。样品的表征利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM),利用样品活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附研究其吸附性能。结果表明:焙烧温度为800℃、氢氧化钾与脱油沥青的质量比为5:1条件下制备出的活性炭样品,有更丰富的中孔结构。脱油沥青基活性炭亚甲基蓝的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型;提高活化温度,活性炭对亚甲基蓝吸附容量可明显提高,最大吸附容量Q_m可高达518.1 mg/g。Activated carbon with specific surface area of 3 245 m^2/g was prepared from deoiled asphalt by the chemical activation method with KOH as activator. The activated carbon was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and then it was used to adsorb methylene blue. The results showed that, at the activation temperature of 800 ℃, when the mass ratio of KOH and the deoiled asphalt was 5:1, the activated carbon with more mesoporous structure was successfully prepared. The adsorption isotherm of methylene blue was best fitted with Langmuir model, the activated carbon adsorption capacity of methylene blue increased with increasing activation temperature and its Qm value reached to 518.1 mg/g.
