摘 要:利用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)使醋酸酯淀粉的可塑性得到提高,制成热塑性淀粉(TPS),利用TPS进行聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)改性,进而完成新型生物可降解高分子材料的制备。通过傅立叶红外光谱与扫描电子显微镜分析,并对力学和生物降解性能进行测试,研究TPS对PBS性能的影响。测试结果表明经TPS改性后的PBS有效地达到了降解目的,在食品包装中的应用价值较高。Thermoplastic starch(TPS) was prepared by improving the plasticity of acetate starch with dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO). Then TPS was used to modify poly(butylene succinate)(PBS) to prepare a new type of biodegradable polymer material. The effect of TPS on PBS performance was studied by Fourier infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and the mechanical and biological degradation properties were tested. The test results showed that PBS modified by TPS had degradability and high application value in food packaging.
