摘  要:油品实际胶质变化的影响因素目前尚不明确。以不同来源常二线柴油为原料,考察原料组成及加氢反应过程对实际胶质变化的影响规律。实验结果表明:原料本身的实际胶质不影响加氢法降低实际胶质效果,原料中的烯烃含量与实际胶质测定结果有直接关系。经加氢反应后的油品中烯烃、四氢萘、烷基苯的含量为实际胶质测定结果的主要影响因素。The affecting factors of gum content variation in diesel oil are still unclear. In this paper, taking different atmospheric cut 2 diesel as raw materials, the influence of raw material composition and hydrogenation process on gum content variation was investigated. The results showed that gum content reducing effect was not affected by the gum content of raw materials, and the test value of gum was relevant to olefin content of oil. Contents of olefins,tetrahydronaphthalenes and alkylbenzenes were the main factors to affect the gum test value of oil after hydrogenation.
