摘 要:精甲醇是煤化工的主要产品之一,用途广泛,可以用来生产乙酸、MTBE、甲醛、二甲醚等产品,也可用作发动机燃料。乙醇含量是甲醇产品的一个重要指标,若甲醇用于醋酸合成时,需严格加以控制,但用于其它用途时,一定范围内不会造成明显不良影响。利用对甲醇的四塔精馏流程进行了严格模拟计算,得到四种不同乙醇含量时的能耗情况和部分设备参数。最终结果表明,相比于目前大部分文献中要求乙醇含量<10ppm,其他乙醇含量的精甲醇生产过程要节省能耗和设备投资10%~20%左右。Refined methanol is a main product from coal chemical industry, and it is widely used as raw material to produce acetic acid,MTBE, formaldehyde, dimethyl ether and other products, and it can be used as engine fuel,too.The ethanol content in refined methanol is a key index of methanol products. If refined methanol is used as raw material to produce acetic acid, the ethanol content must be strictly controlled. In this paper, the chemical simulation software Aspen Plus was used to simulate methanol four-column distillation process to produce methanol with different ethanol content. Under four different requirements of product purity, the energy consumption and part equipment parameters were determined, respectively. The final results showed that, compared with the standard in most current literatures — content of ethanol〈 10 ppm, the energy consumption and equipment investment of the other three specifications of the methanol production process can be saved 10%~20%.
