京津冀产业转移效应研究——基于河北技术溢出、产业集聚和产业升级视角  

Research on the industrial transfer effect of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei——The perspective of industrial agglomeration,technology spillover and structural upgrading

摘　　要：目前京津冀协同发展战略的实施已进入重要阶段,产业转移效应初步显现。本文从技术溢出、产业集聚、经济增长、产业合理化和高度化等方面,对京津冀的产业转移效应进行测度分析,研究结果显示：产业转移对河北的技术溢出、产业集聚、经济增长和产业升级均有一定影响,但影响作用不同; FDI对技术溢出效应不显著,但其与劳动力转移等因素共同对经济增长具有显著效应。本文在实证分析基础上,对京津冀协同发展中的河北产业发展战略提出了对策建议。At present,the implementation of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei has entered an important stage,and the effect of industrial transfer has initially appeared. From the aspects of technology spillover,industrial agglomeration,economic growth,industrial rationalization and upgrading,this paper makes a measurement analysis on the industrial transfer effect of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei. The results show that industrial transfer has a certain impact on technology spillover,industrial agglomeration,economic growth and industrial upgrading in Hebei,but the impact points are different. FDI has no significant effect on technology spillover,but it has a significant effect on economic growth together with factors such as labor transfer. Based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Hebei＇s industrial development strategy in the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei.
