资本体现式技术进步、劳动收入份额与我国居民消费率

摘　　要：基于CES生产函数,本文首先从理论上研究了劳动收入份额以及消费率与资本体现式技术进步之间的关系。理论分析表明,资本体现式技术进步对劳动收入份额和消费率的影响取决于要素替代弹性的大小。其次,基于我国要素替代弹性的估计,观察了资本体现式技术进步对我国劳动收入份额和居民消费率的抑制作用。更严格的计量分析显示,劳动收入份额以及居民消费率与资本体现式技术进步之间的确存在着负向关系。最后,提出了缓解和消除上述权衡的途径和措施。Based on the CES production function, this paper studies the relationship between capital embodied technological progress, labor income share and household consumption rate. Theoretical analysis shows that the influence of capital embodied technological progress on labor income share and consumption rate depends on the elasticity of factor substitution. Secondly, based on the established elasticity of factor substitution in China, the effects of capital embodied technological progress on labor income share and the household consumption rate in China are observed. A more rigorous econometric analysis also shows that there is a negative relationship between capital embodied technological progress , labor income share and household consumption rate. Thirdly, the analysis on taking into account the capital embodied technological progress, labor income share and household consumption rate shows that in the short term, the accumulation of human capital is way to alleviate the tradeoff of capital embodied technology progress, labor income share and the consumption rate, in the long term, with the conversion of the economic engine, capital embodied technical progress for labor income share and household consumption rate will gradually weaken the inhibition. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
