户籍、借贷约束与家庭商业保险市场参与行为——基于CFPS数据的微观实证

摘　　要：城乡二元户籍制度不仅加剧了城乡割裂和社会分化,而且对家庭金融市场参与行为产生了重要影响。采用2014年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,构建Probit和Tobit模型,考察了户籍对家庭商业保险市场参与行为的影响,并验证了家庭借贷约束的中介作用。结果表明:户籍是导致家庭商业保险市场参与行为异质性的重要因素,不同户口类型、不同区域相同户籍的家庭商业保险市场参与行为均存在明显的差异。在户籍影响家庭商业保险市场参与行为的过程中,借贷约束的中介作用确实存在。基于以上结论,政府应加快推进户籍制度改革,逐步打破城乡和区域壁垒,提高农村家庭与贫困地区家庭的收入水平,破除家庭商业保险市场参与的障碍。The dual household registration system in urban and rural areas not only exacerbated urban-rural fragmentation and social differentiation, but also had an important impact on family financial market participation. Using the 2014 China FamilyPanel Studies （CFPS） data, we construct the Probit and Tobit models to examine the impact of household registration on the household commercial insurance market participation behavior and verify the intermediary role of family borrowing constraints. The results show that household registration is an important factor leading to the heterogeneity of family commercial insurance market participation. And the family commercial insurance market participation behavior with different registration and the same household registration in different regions is obviously different. In the process of household registration affecting the family commercial insurance market participation, the level of borrowing constraints faced by households does indeed play an intermediary role. Based on the above conclusions, the government should speed up the reform of the household registration system, gradually break the barriers between urban and rural areas and regions, raise the income level of rural families and families in poor areas, and remove the barriers to the participation of the family commercial insurance market.
