摘　　要：目的分析深圳市福田区泌尿生殖道淋病的规范治疗现况,为进一步改进淋病监测和防治工作提供参考。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中,导出2016年1月1日-2017年6月30日福田区各医疗机构网络报告的淋病病例,采用随机抽样调查方式,由专业人员通过医疗机构的电子病历、药房发药系统等途径收集各病例的治疗用药情况,按国家淋病诊疗指南,评估病例是否规范治疗。结果福田区泌尿生殖道淋病规范治疗率为76. 30%(95%CI:79. 76%~72. 83%),有无临床症状、不同性别、不同科室患者规范治疗率差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);使用较多的抗生素有头孢曲松、头孢地尼、头孢地嗪、阿奇霉素、头孢克肟、头孢噻肟;有无临床症状、不同治疗方案、不同科室、不同级别医疗机构联合用药率差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),联合抗生素主要有左氧氟沙星和阿奇霉素。结论福田区泌尿生殖道淋病规范治疗率欠佳,应继续加强淋病的抗生素使用管理,规范淋病的联合用药,确保临床医生按照指南要求开展诊疗工作。Objective To investigate the standardized treatment of gonorrhea in Futian district of Shenzhen city, and provide evidence for further prevention strategies. Methods Data of gonorrhea cases from January 1,2016 to June 30,2017, were download from the ＂China information system for disease prevention and control＂. Randomize sampling method was used to select cases from the download database, and the medical treatment of each case was collected through the medical records of medical institutions and pharmacy system, and the standardization of treatment were evaluated based on gonorrhea diagnosis and treatment guidelines. Results The standardized treatment rate of gonorrhea was 76. 30% （95% CI：79.76% -72. 83% ）. There were statistically significant differences in standardized treatment rates for patients with different clinical symptoms, gender, and different clinic （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The drugs which use of more were ceftriaxone, cefdinir, cefodizime, azithromycin and cefixime, cefotaxime. There were significant differences in the rate of drug use in different medical institutions with different symptoms, different treatments, different departments and different levels of medical institutions （P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the main drugs used in combination are levofloxacin and azithromycin. Conclusion The standard treatment rate of gonorrhea in Futian District is not high. It is necessary to strengthen the drug management of gonorrhea and standardize the combination of drugs to ensure doctors to carry out diagnosis and treatment work according to the guidelines.
