摘 要:目的了解连云港市饮用水中分离的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性和常见化学消毒剂的抗性,初步探究我市饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌危害风险。方法将连云港市2013年、2014年收集的饮用水中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌15株,按照统一纸片扩散法(K-B法)和悬液定量杀菌试验,检测其对抗生素和不同化学消毒剂的抗性。结果 15株分离菌株中,仅1株对氨曲南和庆大霉素耐药,其余菌株对所选抗生素均敏感;两种消毒剂均具有良好杀灭效果,碘消毒剂优于氯消毒剂。结论连云港市饮用水中检出铜绿假单胞菌对实验抗生素普遍敏感,但也有1株菌具有一定耐药,应引起足够的重视;常见化学消毒剂对其杀灭效果良好。Objective To learn about the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antibiotics and chemical disinfectants isolated from drinking water, and to initially investigate the risk of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking water of Lianyungang. Methods 15 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in 2013 and 2014 were tested for resistance to antibiotics and different chemical disinfectants with the paper disk diffusion method and suspension quantitative germicidal test. Results Among the 15 strains, only 1 strain was resistant to aztreonam and gentamycin, and the other strains were sensitive to the selected antibiotics. Both disinfectants had good killing effect, and the iodine disinfectant was superior to chlorine disinfection. Conclusion The Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking water are generally sensitive to experimental antibiotics, but some strains may be resistant to some antibiotics and should be given enough attention. Common chemical disinfectants have good killing effect, and it should be strengthened that surveillance and method research of Pseudomonas aeruginosa disinfection in drinking water.
