摘  要:目的研究柴胡中重金属的健康风险。方法采用微波消解样品前处理方法和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定样品中铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)6种元素,并结合危害商值(THQ)和危害指数(HI)进行健康风险评估。结果柴胡样品中重金属元素平均含量由高到低依次Cu> Cr> Pb> As> Hg> Cd。按照《中国药典》限定的5种重金属分析,有8批样品完全合格,其余样品存在个别元素超标,所有样品中As均未超标。超标率最大的元素为Cu,占36.36%。柴胡中重金属健康风险评估未指出柴胡有严重的安全风险。结论实验能为柴胡的规范栽培管理和安全评价提供建议和参考。Objective To study the determination of six kinds of heavy metals in 22 batches of Bupleurum chinense D.C., and analyze the health risk assessment of heavy metals. Methods Samples are pretreated by using microwave digestion., and analyzed of Pb, Hg, As, Cd, Cu, and Cr by ICP-MS method. Besides, the health risk is assessed with target hazard quotients(THQ) and hazard index(HI). Results The average content of heavy metals in all samples from high to low is Cu 〉Cr 〉Pb 〉As 〉Hg 〉Cd. According to the analysis of the five heavy metals defined in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, eight batches of samples are fully qualified, and there are individual elements in the other samples exceeding the standards. It is assumed that the As in all samples do not exceed the standard. The element of Cu exceeds the standard with the highest rate, accounting for 36.36 %.The health risk assessment of heavy metals in Bupleurum chinense D.C. do not indicate serious safety risks.Conclusion The study provide some suggestions and references for the standardized cultivation management and safety evaluation of Bupleurum chinense D.C..
